Red Raptor is a sporting choice over Mon Petite Amour and Saucy, while Show Me The Lolly also has very little to find to be effective in this company. Show Me The Lolly has been tried (unsuccessfully) over a variety of trips and has a habit of finding at least one too strong in a finish. Still, he looks one of the more reliable types on show and should be capable of being involved in the shake-up. Saucy seized a good opportunity to score at Lingfield in mid-December - brushing aside a similar calibre of opponent to most of these. She hails from a shrewd operation and is one to seriously monitor in the betting. Mon Petite Amour was in front of the selection at Lingfield last week she has to be given all due respect. However, Red Raptor will represent a good deal more value at the likely odds. And, granted luck in running, the lightly raced six-year-old rates as a solid each-way option in a tricky race.
