In depth
Verdict
King Of The South could only manage fourth when last racing in a handicap and has a bit to find with the runner-up ZIGGY (NAP) on latest running in a conditions race at Newcastle. The latter showed further progress on that occasion when separating a couple of higher rated horses and should be bang there at the finish with a similar effort. Capital Theory’s winning run came to an end over a longer trip at Lingfield while both Pride Of America and Melek Alreeh return from lay-offs having undergone wind surgery and the latter makes his handicap debut.
