Verdict
Nails Murphy has a penalty for a narrow-but-comfortable victory at Chelmsford and his pedigree suggests he should make further progress. Balance Play showed good pace for a long way at Nottingham and Stage Show wasn't disgraced in a strong maiden at Doncaster. Elnajmm is by Sea The Stars out of a 7f winner but DRAGON ICON also looks a newcomer to note. He cost 360,000gns being a full brother to a Grade 1 winner in the USA and a half-brother to two other winners. Brightly is another by Sea The Stars and she cost €200,000 being the second foal of a mare who produced a winner on the all-weather in France with her first offspring.
