        Verdict

        Roman Mist placed in Listed company last autumn though has something to prove off her current mark back in a handicap. Oh This Is Us is approaching the veteran stage but is still capable at this level though finished behind fourth-placed TO THE BAR (NAP) at Lingfield last month. The latter will be sharper for that outing and a bold bid is expected from Richard Hughes’ charge. Diderot disappointed when favourite at Newcastle a fortnight ago but is preferred to both Fantasy Believer and Arctician at this level.
