In depth

Verdict

In the nursery, Going Straight gets the vote ahead Frisky Talk and Brenin Gwalia. Back on this surface and having been dropped four pounds since his last run, Going Straight is no forlorn hope here. Frisky Talk holds place claims, although she is closely-weighted with Queen Of Narnia based on this month's Folkestone form, while first-time blinkers might rev up Naayla. It is hard to choose between many of the others, with the best of the lower-weighted runners possibly proving to be Brenin Gwalia, whose mark looks reasonable enough. Overall, though we will stick with the policy of focusing on those near the top of the weights in nurseries and side with Going Straight.
