Verdict
LAIETH makes a belated seasonal debut having won at Wolverhampton a year ago today. He beat a subsequent winner in good style on that occasion and Saeed bin Suroor’s charge is taken to make a winning reappearance having been gelded in the interim. Ballyquin hasn’t raced since finishing a modest fourth at Newmarket in April while Despacito has placed in both starts without threatening and has her first start for a new trainer. Invisible Shadow has also switched yards having been well beaten in a bumper and debuts in this code but Kellington Kitty is a sister to a winner on the all-weather in France.
