Verdict

Beaten at Wolverhampton last time, Soar Above landed a double here before that and is not out of this dropping down a grade. He’s preferred to Daring Venture but DAWAAWEEN made a winning start in handicaps when beating a previous winner over course and distance and can make Jim Crowley’s only ride on the card a winning one with further progress expected. Mendoza was narrowly beaten here last time but Fortune And Glory has failed to figure since landing a double back in July.
