Verdict

A fair prize has brought out a strong field with most in good form. That certainly includes Do Try Dolly, who completed a double around here in early summer and ran a cracking race on the Flat at Tramore last month. Pacelli Road came good over the minimum here last month but has been raised 8lb and has never tried this trip. HE IS TOP CLASS has been making progress all year and followed a disqualification after finishing first past at Sligo with an easy victory at Ballinrobe. Further rain would aid his cause and he can continue his upward trend. Much Wants More gained a comfortable victory over fences here last month and looks reasonably handicapped back over timber while Elis Gury should be suited by the step-up in trip though wouldn't want the ground to ease.
