Verdict

Dedanann was beaten a long way into third here last time but runner-up Broomfields Jeremy could boost the form earlier. Oscar Thyne didn't run badly over timber at Navan before reverting to bumpers but RIAN THOMAS could be the one to beat. Runner-up to Nero Rock at Sligo, he led for a long way when tackling 3m1f here and had just been caught at the second last when unseating his rider. Sunday At Julia's ran a cracking race on heavy ground at Wexford in March while Mountainmore showed some potential for Willie Mullins but has changed stables after a poor run at Tramore in October. Winning point-to-pointer and expensive purchase Fakir D'alene would have to be considered if getting a run from his reserve spot.
