Kendancer returned after a long break to run very well at Bellewstown where he only succumbed in the closing stages. Sicario had been racing on the Flat before reverting to hurdles with a fair run over the track and trip while Wojood, from an in-form yard, had a couple of decent runs over timber in the autumn and is fit from racing on the level. GALLIC BOY had shown improved form on just his second start at Clonmel and came in for a bit of support at Roscommon where he very nearly made all. That was only his third start and, with Paul Townend booked, he can go one better. Stoneyford Boy has shown glimpses of ability and may do best of the remainder.
