Verdict

Several of these enter the fray in fine shape including Paddy O Dee, who reverts to hurdles after landing a chase at Ballinrobe last week. He's on a lower mark over timber so must be respected but it's another who is back over hurdles, ROSS NA RIGH, who looks the one to be on. Dessie Hughes' charge easily won a chase at Clonmel in March and, as he returns on a 14lb lower mark and has generally performed well over timber, he gets the nod. Nurse Ryan looked very progressive last summer and could be a blot on this handicap as there's probably much more to come while Benefitthewest has a C&D handicap to her credit and Paul Carberry rides her for the first time.
