In depth

Verdict

Henry De Bromhead saddles the top three in the handicap. Rachael Blackmore rides Avenir D'une Vie and her mount has mainly raced in much better class over hurdles and fences though hasn't been in the best of form. The King Of Brega is probably the stable pick though he looked a few pounds high when beaten at Leopardstown after completing a double. The four-year-old CORAL BLUE (NAP) gained an impressive victory over the track and trip in April before just failing off a 9lb higher mark on a return visit. He battled on well that day against a well-treated rival and can get back to winning ways. Ingleby Mackenzie returned to hurdles after a spell on the Flat with a very good run at Listowel while Kildorrery is reverting to timber on a 14lb lower mark than over fences and won over the course and distance in September.
