Verdict
Bose Ikard looked as though he was getting the hang of jumping fences when a close third at Downpatrick and has to be of interest but Caolaneoin's jumping continues to give cause for concern and he fell for the second time in six starts over fences here last time. Elegant Statesman had looked a bright prospect in his two runs last autumn but ran poorly later and hasn't been seen since December. Presenting Beara's close second to Pageboy at Fairyhouse was a very good effort but he had to be pulled up after a bad mistake at Wexford a couple of weeks ago. SEEFOOD is rated 149 over hurdles and gets another chance over fences after two moderate efforts last season. He's been given a break and with Barry Geraghty on board can start to show his prowess over the bigger obstacles.
