In depth

Verdict

Colm Murphy does very well with former bumpers and MAGIC SPEAR, who scored here in July, looks sure to make a decent hurdler and can make a winning debut. Winning point-to-pointer Truckin All Night landed a Cork bumper last week and has some experience of hurdling so looks a threat under Barry Geraghty while Captain Ocana has been keeping good company over hurdles. Sir Harry Cash has been consistent over longer trips without finding a finishing burst and may do better over further but Samantha Jones did well to get close to Dysart Dancer at Tramore on just her second start over hurdles.
