Verdict
Ricky Langford has won twice over hurdles since scoring over this track and trip a year ago though he's 6lb higher and his rider claimed 7lb. Bythesametoken had been in reasonable form over hurdles before returning to fences at Listowel where he did well to overcome a bad early mistake and finish third. WHATSAFELLATODO was a comfortable winner of a Ballinrobe handicap in May before making a bold bid over timber at the Galway Festival and he gets the nod over Jack Holiday, though the latter would be hard to beat on his neck defeat over the track and trip in August.
