Verdict

Winning point-to-pointer Fangio De Vassy has been an odds-on beaten favourite in his last two starts over timber but still has to give weight away all round. Ally Cay was receiving 7lb from MARS HARPER when making much of the running and scoring by 11 lengths at Downpatrick. However, the runner-up has much the better of the weights here and his stable is in better form so he gets the nod to reverse the form. Sit Down Lucy looks a major threat as she was in front when unseating her rider at the last at Ballinrobe but Sligo winner Digby was behind the selection at Down Royal earlier.
