    Verdict

Frank Arthur made the running at Gowran until headed by KEATS 2f out but stayed on well and was only beaten narrowly. He then scored over 7f at Roscommon while the winner couldn't quite handle his stable companion Napa Valley at the Curragh. But that winner looks smart and Aidan O'Brien's Galileo colt can get back on the winning trail. Masteroffoxhounds landed a Naas maiden before finding Group 3 company at Leopardstown beyond him though was by no means disgraced. Real Force also raced at the same level last time but found 6f much too short behind Art Power at Naas, though was staying on at the finish. Shehreen didn't stay 1m2f on soft ground in a Listed contest at that latter meeting but her close fourth behind Fancy Blue at the Curragh in October was very good form while Epona Plays was only beaten a short-head at Leopardstown and gets all the allowances.
