Verdict

Narrowly beaten over a shorter trip last time, Cache Queen included a course and distance success in an earlier double. She has decent claims once again and Marlborough Sounds can also figure having won at Sligo before going close again at Roscommon earlier in the week. Shemara was beaten five lengths by a horse rated 72 at Ballinrobe and will need to improve on that now handicapping but ROCKABILL showed enough when runner-up over track and trip to suggest he can win off today’s mark and it’s Joseph O’Brien’s colt that get the vote to go one better.
