Verdict

Academic Accolade won at Down Royal in June and is attempting to improve on his third in this contest 12 months ago but he faces a stiff task at the weights against Katy Walsh's mount DAHINDAR. Edward Lynam's five-year-old has been keeping much better company than this and should take all the beating if handling underfoot conditions. Dunne Grand should appreciate the return to 7f and is probably the pick of the remainder as Initiation appears to have lost his way since scoring at Tipperary in July and Table Forty Six has been well beaten in claimers of late.
