In depth

Verdict

Perfect Shot was a decent-if-inconsistent stayer on the Flat for John Dunlop and his current trainer, Jim Best, has had a few winners lately. But he hasn't been seen since falling early on at Plumpton in January and is likely to find ZAMA ZAMA a tough nut to crack today. AP McCoy has a good book of rides here and the Warwick bumper winner should be another for the champion if reproducing the form of a promising second to Plenty Pocket at Kempton in October when Storming Redd was well behind. The others appear to have plenty to find.
