    Verdict

Only three of these have had the benefit of previous racecourse experience and they look closely matched. James The Elder has more scope than Manton Grange and Rockley Point with the latter reappearing following a lengthy absence. Godolphin's newcomer Team Talk wears a hood which suggests he may not be entirely straightforward, though his stable won this last year. ZABEEL PRINCE's half-sister Serena Storm was ultimately disappointing but she did win over this trip as a two-year-old so Roger Varian's Lope De Vega colt may be the one to beat.
