Verdict
A decent conditions race and we will take a chance on the fitness of Hoh Hoh Hoh, Foley Millennium and Soar are two obvious dangers. Andrew Balding's colt could not have been any more impressive when landing his only race as a two-year-old, beating the 73 rated Come Again by seven lengths. He was then ear-marked for Royal Ascot but had training problems and hasn't raced since his debut. If he is now fit and sound he should make a bold bid this afternoon. Foley Millennium has been a revelation this season winning three competitive handicaps. He is a gutsy performer and will be there or thereabouts again. Soar was a class act last season winning in Group company. She finished last season with an excellent run in the Cheveley Park Stakes and if fit for her seasonal debut she should be involved in the finish. Cornus has plenty of ability and may be best of the others, however if Hoh Ho Ho is back to his best he could take the honours.
