In a decent little contest where plenty are on form the well-bred ERTIKAAN looks to have the best chance after a bold bid to follow up on an earlier victory last time. The Michael Jarvis-trained gelding has lots of scope for improvement and in time should be a class above these rivals. Pirate's Song only just scraped home on his last run but is fairly treated while Poppy Seed is hat-trick hunting but might now just be too high in the handicap. Addictive Dream is unexposed and seems to be heading in the right direction so a mark rise for a defeat last time shouldn't be an issue but Ertikaan is potentially very smart.
