Verdict
Beamish Prince gets a tentative vote over Arrayou, Vivid Imagination and newcomer Dusky Warbler. The latter comes from a stable that currently houses some very good juvenile hurdlers so he is worth noting in the market. Gary Moore's charge was successful on the Flat here two years ago and has his first start since contesting a Listed event in France for Michael Bell last October. However, his main rivals all have fitness and experience on their sides, including Beamish Prince who may be up to defying a penalty. Outclassed behind Astronomic at Haydock, he won as he liked at Wetherby next time and will have no problems handling the testing conditions today. Point-to-point winner Vivid Imagination disappointed over fences at Folkestone and did not impress when put back over timber last time and is worth opposing despite coming from a top yard. Arrayou scored here in December but ran badly in first-time blinkers at Chepstow last time. That was hotter company than today's though and he should not be left out of calculations. Beamish Prince has been fairly consistent though and a small wager on him is recommended.
