Verdict

SURF DANCER was a little slow leaving the stalls and then met interference on his Ascot debut last month. In the circumstances, he did well to finish as close as he did and he could be a nice prospect going forward. Can't Stop Now has already had a couple of runs but he’s been progressing and holds Utopian Lad on the form book. A couple of newcomers are also worth a second glance with Locked N' Loaded representing the in-form Hannon yard, who have won both previous renewals, and Murraymint being closely related to Group 3 winner Wootton.
