Verdict
TWO TURTLE DOVES looks the obvious one in this having won over the trip on fast ground at Chepstow last month . Soft ground and the extra furlong, rather an additional 4lb, was to blame for her defeat at Carlisle last Monday. Divertimenti is the only previous course winner in the race and didn't fare badly when fifth at Nottingham earlier this month but Liberty Ship looks one to be wary of nowadays and Overwhelm returns from a lay-off. Irish Boy could figure if back to his best but the others are more difficult to fancy.
