In depth
Verdict
Scarrottoo is a good ride for an apprentice and is more likely to run his race than most of his rivals. Great News is well handicapped nowadays, having won off an 11lb higher mark, but he could just need this after a lay off, while Look Here Now, although in good form, will need plenty of rain if he is to be at his best. Others to consider include front-runner Warden Warren, who won a similar event at Newmarket back in June and is only 2lbs higher here and the filly Telori, who won over course and distance here last month.
