In depth

Verdict

MONARCHOFTHEGRANGE is clear at the weights and difficult to oppose. He finished a close-up third at Newbury recently and the Twiston-Davies charge can finally open his account at this lower level. Garrison Commander is next best on these terms though arrives out of form and Gaia Vallis may prove a bigger threat having placed in a selling hurdle at Stratford recently. Saghir has shown little since arriving from France and is fitted with cheekpieces.
