Verdict

The Dandy Yank can be forgiven a poor showing on the Fibresand at Southwell and has decent claims on his earlier placed efforts. But EXCEL'S BEAUTY looks the one to beat having landed her maiden in good style at Nottingham last month. She beat a subsequent winner on that occasion and James Tate's filly can follow-up in this company. Kodafine won her maiden back in April but has shown nothing in four outings since then while Sleepy Joe has been racing in better company since making a winning debut at this track and makes more appeal than Anfield.
