A trappy contest gets proceedings underway but something has to win and the principals look to be Thehonourablelady, Amber Brook and Lady Roisin and the narrow vote is given to Thehonourablelady. The selection won well last time out when beating Flinders Bay. Granted she has a penalty for that win but she again has conditions to suit and will be hard to beat. Amber Brook rates the main danger on her second a couple of starts ago but she has since disappointed for no apparent reason, so cannot be put forward with much confidence. Lady Roisin is another that could go well on her latest second behind Tayman, she remains on a fair mark and should be watched in the market. Another Jameson was a fair fourth behind Kalmo Bay last time and is another with place claims but consistency is not her strong point. Miss Molly Be Rude could go well off a light weight but she barely sees out the trip. Of the remainder Virtue is from a shrewd in form yard and should be watched in the market but for the winner we return to Thehonourablelady.
