Verdict
SNAP AMBUSH is one for the followers of Sir Mark Prescott’s handicappers and her pedigree suggests that she will appreciate tonight’s step up in trip. See The Sea exhibited promise on the Flat on her early days with Richard Hannon and while not seen on the level for over two years, she has won eight races since going hurdling . Dean Ivory isn’t ordinarily associated with middle-distance performers but Moonlit Cloud took advantage of the handicapper’s decision to drop her to a lenient mark. Playday remains a maiden after six starts though she represents a yard that are very much in form so cannot be ruled out.
