Verdict

Questionare, the only previous winner in the field, may struggle to give weight away to some promising maidens in an intriguing affair. High Commissioner was comfortably clear of all bar the impressive Logician in a large-field Newbury maiden and will surely win races on that evidence, with similar comments attributable to Cape Cavalli, a good second on both starts in useful Newmarket and Ascot maidens. All will depend on rates of progress made by this select field but DUBAI FALCON came home really strongly on his Nottingham debut, will appreciate an extra quarter mile and should handle his first taste of good ground if the rain stays away.
