Verdict

The veteran Grand Partner has won five times around here though has done much better over hurdles. Minella Till Dawn returned to form with a much better effort at Naas, for which he's been raised 8lb. He'd be difficult to beat if replicating that form but he hasn't exactly been consistent though Mark Walsh picks him over Midnight Maestro and Uisce Beatha, both recent winners. This can go to LIVELOVELAUGH (NAP), who ran an excellent race in a lucrative Grade A handicap here a month ago when narrowly beaten behind Off You Go. He led on the run-in that day and a similar performance would probably be good enough for this. Mitchouka also ran well in a Grade B handicap here last month when not far behind some smart handicappers
