Verdict

Papa's Way won over hurdles last month and has run well enough in two subsequent starts on the Flat to suggest he'll get involved here especially as he'll enjoy the conditions. ALVEENA scored over this trip on ground with some give at Galway in September and found 1m2f on fast going just too much for her at the Curragh the following month so this should prove ideal. Chapter Seven finds 1m2f too short these days so his last two runs are best ignored while Benkei stays further than this and a strong pace would play to his strengths though he's 9lb higher than his last success. Here For The Craic is quite well handicapped though all three career victories have come on good ground.
