Verdict
IL PARADISO had some very smart form against strong competition in maidens last term and though beaten when long odds-on by Millswyn at Gowran he can make amends here. His stable also run Harpo Marx and Macquairie though neither make particular appeal on what they have shown to date. Grandmaster Flash disappointed at Cork after a promising return to action here but Building Bridges was only just behind in the former race and has the scope to do much better. Trossachs was also behind in that maiden but did very much better when fourth behind impressive Chester winner Sir Dragonet at Tipperary so further improvement can see him in contention.
