Verdict

Despite being 1lb out of the handicap, Movie King still looks well treated having scored from just 3lb lower at Dundalk. Mr Coldstone is better known as a hurdler but hasn't performed badly over shorter than this on the Flat and is greatly respected. Final Orders returned from a spell over timber and made his debut for Gavin Cromwell with a fine effort over just short of this trip at Bellewstown but the vote goes to LARIAT, who chased home the prolific Unanswered at Killarney last week and has been left on the same mark. Annecherie's victories have been at Dundalk but at least we know she stays the trip.
