Verdict

This has been run three times and three-year-olds have won them all. Just two from the younger brigade are engaged but one of them, Fratas, has been running well this summer and should make a bold bid to defy a 7lb rise for scoring at Galway. The other youngster, Letiza, is actually racing from a lower mark than when landing a Gowran maiden last week so has to be considered. ADELAISE (NAP) has performed well in very strong handicaps at the Curragh and Ascot since moving to Joseph O'Brien and this is a marked drop in class. With Wayne Hassett taking off 7lb, she looks the one to beat. Arch Enemy was headed in the dying strides at Galway and her rider's claim is a major plus while Touching Clouds and dual course winner Helpmeout are others to consider.
