Verdict

Arthur Moore has a good record in this so Lastoftheleaders shouldn't be dismissed despite his big weight, though he's better handicapped over hurdles. He had no answer to LEAD KINDLY LIGHT when the latter scored at Fairyhouse earlier this month and the winner looks the one to be on despite being handed a 7lb rise. Peak Raider, who wasn't far behind, was having his first start since May and should get closer along with On The Way Out, who was just behind, but Instant Impacked has received another 7lb rise after completing a double at Cork and may be in the handicapper's grip. Jacksonslady and Glibin are closely matched and have been going well in novice company though this is a very competitive handicap.
