Verdict
FIL DOR made a successful debut for Gordon Elliott with a 15l victory over an extra furlong on this track before landing a Fairyhouse Grade 3 by just over a length from Lunar Power. Both look Triumph Hurdle contenders and though 3lb worse off the winner is expected to confirm the form. Britzka also goes for Elliott and he had a very nice start over timber at Fairyhouse but had finished six lengths behind Lunar Power on the Flat here in October when receiving 5lb. Calvados looks best of the remainder after a very good second in a Listed contest at Aintree.
