TAKARENGO was very progressive on the Flat, winning his last two starts on heavy ground, the latest here in October. He's taken to make a successful hurdling debut though Saint D'Oroux has come up against very smart opposition since joining Gordon Elliott and is probably the pick of his five entries. Lake McKenzie, who had just one run for Aidan O'Brien in October, and the useful Millswyn are newcomers to note from Joseph O'Brien's yard while Very Excellent has done nothing wrong with two narrow defeats and should get competitive again. Travel On had some decent form for John Gosden and is another newcomer to note.
