Verdict

The four-year-old The Irregular is progressing fast and a 5lb rise for his Clonmel victory shouldn't prevent a big run though it's another from the same age group, TUDOR CITY (NAP), who looks the one to be on. Tony Martin's charge won on the Flat in October and reverted to hurdling with a tremendous run at Cheltenham last month where he only just failed to concede 17lb to Wildmoor Boy. Bull Ride was conceding 16lb to Charlie Stout when half-a-length behind at Thurles so with a 2lb pull there should be very little between them again. Aretesone gained his only victory to date over 2m4f at Wexford and may find this on the short side.
