SHOSHONE WARRIOR, a half-brother to Group 1 winner Astaire, may have had a few issues as he hasn't been seen since a moderate run at Newmarket in October but he'd shown potential behind stable companion Mogul on his debut and can start making up for lost time. Timourid has been unfortunate to run in very strong maidens at the Curragh and should find this less daunting while Gaelforce West attracted strong support at Gowran but couldn't quite see it out after being up with the pace throughout. Alatar has only raced on ground with plenty of give but there's no reason why he shouldn't be suited by better conditions while Eaglemont looks certain to be suited by this longer trip and is another to consider.
