In depth

Verdict

Another very competitive race in which Our Victoria will be fancied to gain compensation for a couple of defeats at the end of last year after victories in a Punchestown bumper and a maiden hurdle at Clonmel. She has to be on the short-list as has Catch The Moment, who made all for a very convincing success at Wexford on St Patrick's Day. Bleakfield Lady also scored at the same fixture though she may have been fortunate but there was no luck involved when GERDALIA scored over the C&D last time and Sean Aherne's mare looks a nice enough prospect to complete a double with Ruby Walsh booked. Saoirse's Sister is interesting on her hurdling debut as she beat what looked a strong field in a Clonmel bumper last month.
