In depth

Verdict

Resolute Bay has been raised a further 3lb since finishing second at Kilbeggan and may be in the handicapper's grip now. Katie's Jem produced her best effort over hurdles to score at Kilbeggan last time but has a further 5lb to overcome here, while Compton Court will do well to confirm Listowel running with runner-up Missgiloney off a 12lb higher mark. FOR A FINISH has won off much higher marks over fences and made a very encouraging reappearance over timber at Tramore. If that has brought him to concert pitch, Eoin Doyle's eight-year-old is probably the one to beat though the progressive Highdownhill would be interesting if getting a run.
