Aidan O'Brien has been unable to find a race for County Wicklow though this looks his trip and ground. Lord Luker showed promise on his debut and was always in the firing-line over this track and trip last month where he wasn't beaten far. BASEMAN missed the break on his comeback at Gowran and never got into contention. He'll be better for the run and this should prove within his capabilities, though Witham River found an extended 1m1f too far at Gowran but was in the lead at this trip.
