Stolberg pulled up on his only start over fences in November but showed improved form when chasing home Donegal Tuesday, who runs earlier, over hurdles here last month. Winning point-to-pointer Alkaa Lion was well beaten on his only run over regulation fences but another winner between the flags, Captain Bizarro, showed improved form over slightly shorter here last month. The versatile Eight Till Late might have won over fences at Clonmel in October but for falling at the last, though wouldn't want more rain, while Joxer has generally performed in better company without showing a great deal. SWANTYKAY gets a tentative vote despite not having won in 13 starts over fences. He's been placed seven times and has Rachael Blackmore's claim to aid his cause.
