Verdict

Piccadilly Jim scored twice in lowly grade at Redcar in the autumn but has shown nothing in two starts at Dundalk for new connections. Daredevil Day scored twice in May 2014 on soft ground but hasn't raced since last July, though in better company, while Constable Buckley was beaten a very long way on heavy ground at Cork on his first start in Ireland. My Painter's close second at the Curragh last May would probably be good enough and she's since won over hurdles though she's been beaten a long way in her recent races. DRAGON KHAN has never won on the Flat in 21 starts but scored over timber in January. He's a few pounds out of the handicap here but started favourite at Cork last time and though beaten into fourth compensation awaits. Gowran debut winner Serefeli is the only one of these with any real scope and was having his first start for new connections and returning after a long break when beaten over a trip too short at Cork and should do better.
