In depth
Verdict
Strange Encounter had a very hard race when scoring on heavy ground at Navan last week but a 4lb penalty shouldn't prevent another big effort from this tough type. Really Unique is in superb form but 9lb higher than when scoring over a slightly shorter trip here last month. Lisrose is finally getting the hang of things over timber and this winning point-to-pointer will be fancied to go one better after a very good effort at Gowran a fortnight ago but this can go to RAZORLITE. Denis Cullen's new acquisition ran a very commendable race when a close fourth behind Micks at Gowran where he was just outpaced in the closing stages suggesting this trip should be ideal.
