Verdict

Killer Crow gained his first success over fences on heavy going at Navan a couple of weeks ago and will make further progress while Pairofbrowneyes held off the attentions of today's rival Lough Dearg at Cork and can do so again as he's getting better with every run. Rightville Boy looked suited to further when slamming his rivals at Thurles but it's NOBLE EMPEROR who looks the one to be on. Tony Martin's charge landed a Grade 2 at Navan in February and had the cobwebs blown away at Gowran last month where he looked in need of the run. Page Turner won this last year but is 9lb higher.
