Verdict

Charles Byrnes has won this twice in the past four years and Our Vinnie will be fancied to extend the record. He's a really tough staying type as he showed when just touched off by According To Trev over 3m2f at Cheltenham before scoring at this level at Cork, where Free To Dream was behind, though this small field may not bring his stamina into play. PRIDE OFTHE PARISH is receiving 6lb and though untried over the trip should be good enough to gain his third victory on his fourth start. He easily defeated Jennies Jewel at Punchestown and though the runner-up let the form down here on Wednesday Willie Mullins' charge has the scope to go on to better things. Dante Anna produced a shock to land a Gowran maiden but meets classier rivals here but the four-year-old Ma Belle Amie could be suited by stepping up to this trip for the first time.
